Our lobby is now open, but we still strongly urge that our drive-up be used for all basic teller transactions.
Until further notice, members will not be permitted to wait in the lobby to apply for a loan or open an account if a staff member is not available. You will be asked to apply online and an EFCU employee will call you back as soon as possible. It is recommended that you call us ahead of time to make an appointment for all non-teller transactions.
For safety, face masks will be required to be worn in the lobby by our staff and members. Full face masks, hats, beanies, sunglasses and hoodies will not be permitted. We may ask you to briefly lower your face mask for identification purposes.
Sneeze guards have been installed at every work station and work areas will be cleaned and sanitized often.
Please do not bring guests with you to the credit union. We kindly ask that only those who are conducting business enter the building.
