We will never ask for your passcode.  Please do not respond to text/calls asking for your information.  Call the Credit Union directly to question any text message or voice calls you may recieve.

Recent news of a security threats to credit unions involving fraudsters who pose as the credit union to obtain login credentials/codes from unsuspecting online and mobile banking users. In turn, the scammers use these codes to gain access to a member’s account.   Proactive measures involves member-facing messaging reminding online and mobile banking users to never share their authentication codes with anyone, including the credit union.

For emails: “Do not give this code to anyone; the Credit Union will NOT ask you for this code!”

For SMS: “Do not give code to anyone, the CU will NOT ask for code!”
