At Brownsville City Employees Federal Credit Union we value your membership and we are committed to protecting the personal privacy of all of our members. We want you to have the best possible website browsing experience. The security of knowing that any information you give us is private is very important to us. We make it a priority to provide privacy both on our web site and in our business office.

 

When you visit any web site your "IP address" is recorded. We may collect IP addresses for the sole purpose of tracking information and to compile statistics to help us improve the site so that its users will find it more helpful and informative. While on a secure page, such as Online Access, the lock icon on the bottom of the web browsers, such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, becomes locked as opposed to un-locked. Our offline member information(account information, loan information etc.) is also secure in that it is restricted to Credit Union personnel only. All staff and officials are required to sign an agreement annually regarding confidentiality.

 

 

 

Brownsville City Employees Federal Credit Union collects and retains member information only when it is necessary for normal business operations. None of this information is given or sold for marketing purposes outside of the Credit Union operations.
